Consultant in EYP Strategy & Execution with focus on Commercial Due Diligence & Strategy. Assist clients in driving their strategy agenda, assessing strategic options, and advising on commercial topics in M&A transactions.
Requirements
- University degree or last year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related subject.
- Previous experience in strategy or finance field is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced at using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in Latvian and English.
