Job Description
We are looking for a Consultant – EYP Transaction Diligence focus on Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. You’ll help clients make smart business decisions when assisting them in major M&A transactions locally and internationally.
Requirements
- University degree or last year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related subject.
- Previous experience in finance field is a plus.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Advanced at using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in Latvian and English.
