We're seeking a talented Consultant to deliver client engagements in operational improvement. You'll combine strong finance and/or operations knowledge, a curious and questioning mindset, and exceptional project management skills to deliver value for our clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with preference to candidates with business, finance, or engineering degrees.
- Strong understanding of profitability and cash flow metrics, with the ability to articulate the potential impact of operational improvements on a company's financial statements; CPA or other professional designations are a plus.
- Some experience with finance transformation, customer experience, supply chain optimization or process automation projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven track record of sharing complex ideas and findings with a senior audience.
- Strong bias for curiosity and creative thinking to generate innovative solutions for our clients.
