Manager, Strategy & Execution - Operational Improvement (Toronto)

We're seeking a talented Manager to execute client engagements in EY's Strategy & Execution practice. You'll combine strong finance and/or operations knowledge, a curious and questioning mindset, and exceptional project management skills to deliver value for our clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with preference to candidates with business, finance, or engineering degrees.
• Strong understanding of profitability and cash flow metrics, with the ability to articulate the potential impact of operational improvements on a company's financial statements; CPA or other professional designations are a plus.
• A proven track record in finance transformation, customer experience, supply chain optimization or process automation projects.
• Relevant implementation experience in one or more core business processes (i.e., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven track record of sharing complex ideas and findings with a senior audience.
• Strong bias for curiosity and creative thinking to generate innovative solutions for our clients.
