Direct Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a Direct Tax Senior Manager to join our growing GCR team in Warsaw. As a Senior Manager, you will lead multi-country engagements in tax accounting and direct tax, providing Group Tax Accounting/Reporting under US GAAP and IFRS. You will help redesign compliance processes for efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in US GAAP/IFRS tax accounting
• Strong ASC 740 and IAS 12 knowledge
• Corporate income tax experience across jurisdictions
• Leadership and cross-border team management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Accounting/tax qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/CPA)
• Proactive, business-focused mindset
