Requirements
- Demonstrate characteristics of a forward-thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new skills
- Collect and document engagement team and client feedback; identify market events such as new client needs and competitor activity
- Develop or enhance proficiency in the use of major technology tools
- Manage overall deployment of technology services through active participation as part of pursuit and client service engagement teams
- Monitor penetration and performance of technology services and communicate to leadership
- Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and monitor them until completion
- Identify ways to automate manual tasks using existing financial or tax systems and emerging technologies
- Design technology solutions that are aligned with the direction of the organization in terms of technology and business strategy
- Partner with others to gather all requirements to formulate the appropriate architecture required to provide system functionality
