Requirements

• Demonstrate characteristics of a forward-thinker and self-motivator
• Collect and document engagement team and client feedback
• Develop or enhance proficiency in the use of major technology tools
• Drive overall deployment of technology services
• Monitor penetration and performance of technology services
• Provide input into thought leadership
• Deliver high-quality work products
• Manage and motivate client engagement teams
• Identify ways to automate manual tasks
• Ensure the architecture of solutions is aligned with the direction of the organization
• Ensure compliance to the standards for solution architecture
