Requirements
- Lead and initiate projects within client programs and drive (multidisciplinary) teams in close collaboration with stakeholders;
- Build strong, sustainable client relationships and translate trust into new business opportunities, orders, and proposals;
- Signal commercial opportunities, develop project proposals, and actively contribute to pre-sales and convincing clients;
- Act as a content-based sparring partner in client conversations and help with methods, approaches, and solutions that contribute to project goals and our delivery.
- Coach and guide colleagues, stimulate knowledge sharing, and contribute to building a high-performing team;
- Work flexibly from client locations, EY offices, or home.
