We're looking for a Senior Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation - Banking to join our team at EY. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising financial institutions on technology strategy, architecture, and transformation. You will develop business cases and executable roadmaps for organization-wide changes, and design solutions that are aligned with business goals, regulatory context, and operational models.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience, including several years in consulting, with a proven track record in large-scale technology and digital transformation programs
- Experience and a strong network in the Netherlands within Financial Services; experience and contacts within the banking sector are an asset
- Master's degree with a strong affinity for IT, Digital, and Business
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), modern integration and implementation patterns, and data architecture
- Ability to apply risk management principles and navigate ICT regulatory frameworks
- Commercial insight and the ability to recognize, propose, and pitch new opportunities, and build client relationships sustainably
- Team development and leadership experience
