EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Global Business Services & Finance Operations. The role involves navigating complex challenges, contributing to key Finance-related topics, and collaborating with clients to assess and implement GBS delivery models. The team works in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds and locations. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, 3+ years of experience in Finance, and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
Requirements
- Master's degree in (Digital) Business, (Business/Financial) Economics, Finance, Accounting & Control, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, either at a consultancy or within the Finance function (e.g., business controller) of a multinational company
- Solid track record in (Digital) Finance and Finance process optimization (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Experience in Consulting and familiarity with Global Business Services (GBS) design and implementation
- Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude, with a passion for tackling complex challenges
- Strong team player who can influence and support others while also working independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
