Job Description
ezCater is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Analytics to develop and monitor the sales organization's performance. This role involves leading a sales team, optimizing sales processes, managing territory, owning the commission program, and leveraging data to identify opportunities. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and a good leader capable of navigating fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in sales operations, commission and territory program management, and finance or a related role
- Strong cross-functional leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes, territory management, data analytics, and commission programs
