Learning Experience Designer - EZRA

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our EZRA Labs team. As a senior individual contributor, you will design high-quality learning experiences that translate psychological insight, leadership thinking, and coaching principles into practical, engaging experiences that drive behavior change at work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related role
• Strong instructional design capability, with experience designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills
• A strong working knowledge of psychological principles and how these translate into effective learning design and behavior change
• Background in occupational psychology, behavioral science, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Experience applying evidence-based approaches to learning and development in organizational contexts
