Job Description
F.H. Paschen is seeking a Superintendent to manage field activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role involves direct supervision, coordinating with subcontractors and owners, and maintaining project documentation. Reporting to a Project Manager, the position requires a commitment to quality, safety, and building a strong team.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years General Construction experience required
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills
