Job Description
The Tax Accountant / Financial Accountant role supports the accurate financial and tax-related review, coding, and booking of business transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling accounts, assisting with fixed asset accounting, handling dunning procedures, preparing financial statements, and supporting tax-related reporting tasks. The role also involves improving accounting processes and acting as a point of contact for accounting and tax questions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a chartered tax accountant and/or a degree with a focus on finance / taxes
- Relevant professional experience in accounting
- Expertise in payment transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Confident in using the accounting software DATEV
- High-quality standards, reliability and a special sense of responsibility
- Team player with good organizational skills
