We're looking for an Account Executive Team Lead for the Spanish market to lead, motivate and empower a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed acquisition goals. The role requires a natural people-leader who inspires confidence, brings energy into the room, and knows how to get the very best from their team.
Requirements
- Solid background in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS
- At least 2 years leading, coaching and developing sales teams
- A genuine passion for helping others grow, celebrating their success and unlocking their potential
- A leadership style based on trust, empathy, positive energy and accountability
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in Spanish and an advanced level of English
- A natural ability to uplift, motivate and unite a team, even in changing environments
