Job Description
Factorial is looking for a Partner Marketing & Demand Generation Manager Africa (English-speaking) to empower partners by designing and executing marketing initiatives that generate demand. The role requires balancing day-to-day execution with clear prioritisation and strategic thinking, launching campaigns, working with partners, supporting GTM motions, and tracking what actually works.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Experience in partner or co-marketing initiatives (content, events, GTM, demand gen)
- Understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue, not just brand
- Strong collaboration skills, both internally and externally
- Comfortable testing, iterating, and learning from results
- Ability to communicate clearly and keep things simple
