Job Description
We are looking for a Product Design Director to lead the design and growth of our IT, Cloud, and Device Management experience from 0 to 5M ARR. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience building digital products and at least 2+ years leading teams, with solid end-to-end design experience across research, ideation, interface design, prototyping, implementation, and validation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building digital products and at least 2+ years leading teams
- Solid end-to-end design experience across research, ideation, interface design, prototyping, implementation, and validation
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience working in hyper-growth companies
- Experience building a team from scratch but also developing existing teams
- Experience working with BI tools to gather different information on your own
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English
