- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience
- Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives
