The ideal candidate has experience in sales, excels at customer-oriented approaches, and is ready to work in a dynamic and international SaaS context.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SDR or other sales role (preferably in SaaS environments)
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and professional English
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot, Aircall, and automation software
- Consultative approach, ability to listen, analyze, and propose tailored solutions to clients' needs
- Motivation and autonomy, ambitious, proactive, and ready to exceed expectations with a results-driven mindset
- Communication skills, skilled at engaging and persuading through clear verbal and written messages
- Adaptability and resilience, enjoy working in a startup environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities
