Community Leasing Associate

Fairfield is seeking a dynamic and top-performing salesperson to join their leasing team as a Community Leasing Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, sales experience, and excellent communication skills. This role is responsible for leasing apartments, managing customer relationships, and promoting the Fairfield brand.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales or retail position
• Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus
• Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to close a sale is highly preferred
• Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license may be required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays
