Community Manager - Affordable

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Community Manager to lead our Almeda Park community in Houston, Texas. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, preparing and executing the property's operational budget, and ensuring best-in-class customer service and high resident retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of property management experience
• Minimum of three years LIHTC experience
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Prior experience preparing for a REAC inspection
• Experience in a leadership position and in managing a staff
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets
• Strong understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions
• Strong knowledge of IRS 8823 guide and HUD 4350.3 Manual
