Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and perform maintenance repairs, schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs, and lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
- A valid driver's license
