Maintenance Supervisor

Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our apartment communities and ensure the happiness and comfort of our residents. This is a busy and exciting job for someone committed to the preservation and beautification of real estate and passionate about a career of residential property management.

Requirements

• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Availability to be on-call and responsive to after hour emergencies
