Fairing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our agency partnerships as a strategic revenue channel. This role combines commercial ownership of agency relationships with hands-on credibility in marketing measurement, including the ability to engage directly with data, analysis, and attribution questions.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in marketing measurement, ad tech, or a quantitatively-driven marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with marketing attribution or measurement
- Comfortable working directly inside partner-provided data and analysis artifacts (e.g. spreadsheets, models, reports)
- Direct experience working with or within marketing agencies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Base salary: $100,000–$130,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): $200,000+ inclusive of an uncapped commission tied to performance
