Senior Representative, Credit and Customer Engagement

As a Senior Representative, Credit and Customer Engagement, you will respond to service inquiries, review and evaluate credit applications, and promote various products through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Experience in customer service, sales or call center environment
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
