Family Care Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assist with managing a strong clinical team and ensuring adherence to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for quality assurance, supervision, and guidance of clinical staff, and will work closely with the Clinical Director to achieve clinical and fiscal division goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline required, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) preferred
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience doing therapy
- At least three years of professional experience in clinical supervision
- Clinical expertise in crisis intervention, skills in working with the chronically mentally ill population, and with individuals and families undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress; skills in diagnosis and assessment
- Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team and to represent the company in the community
- Ability to lead a staff of professionals and paraprofessionals
- Familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources, court, and police activities, etc.
- Good organizational skills and administrative abilities
- Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends
- Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with the State Mental Health Code
