Clinical Supervisor

Family Care Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assist with managing a strong clinical team and ensuring adherence to the organization's mission, vision, and values. The position involves quality assurance, clinical operational oversight, and supervision of clinical staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline required
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) preferred
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience doing therapy
• At least three years of professional experience in clinical supervision
• Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team and to represent the company in the community
• Ability to lead a staff of professionals and paraprofessionals
• Familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources, court, and police activities, etc.
• Good organizational skills and administrative abilities
• Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends
• Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with the State Mental Health Code
