Job Description
Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide high-quality, culturally responsive services to families in the Dutchess County Family Education Program. The role involves in-home case management, case planning, and on-call support, collaborating with Social Workers to provide comprehensive support to families and children in the community. The Case Manager will focus on supporting, practicing, and communicating the agency’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- 2+ years of experience in providing social services
- Bilingual in Spanish (plus)
- CASAC preference
- Good communication and counseling skills
- Knowledge of community and public agencies
- New York Driver’s License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed practices
