The organization serves over 17,000 individuals annually in Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange counties and manages the Family Partnership Center, a 100,000+ square foot facility where community members can engage in activities, collaborate with nonprofits, and access enhanced services.

Bachelor’s degree in human services; 2+ years social services experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and a New York Driver’s License is needed
Talent Acquisition Manager
An associate's degree, 5+ years of HR experience, and 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience are required
Substitute Teacher (Children’s Center Orange County)
Associates degree or equivalent in early childcare/education and 1-3 years of experience working with children
Clinician/Therapist (Part-Time)
LMSW/LCSW/LMHC license required. Experience in therapeutic interventions. Strong communication and organizational skills
Clinician Stabilization Center (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
Current licensure as LMSW, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW needed. Experience in therapeutic interventions and strong communication skills are key. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Trauma Therapist (Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor)
NY State LSW/LCSW/LMHC license required. 2+ years experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Child & Adolescent Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
Requires an LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC license. NYS license is needed for all positions. Experience in therapy and a positive, inclusive work environment preferred
Employee Engagement and Benefits Manager
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, 2 years' experience in human resources, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
