Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

Family Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their trauma-informed and secure behavioral health centers as a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual supervision to clinical staff, ensure productivity standards are met, carry a caseload, and provide trauma-informed care to clients.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience with behavioral/mental health and the Justice Center
• Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical/counseling supervisory experience post licensure
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Professional training in trauma-informed care or equivalent experience
• Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) preferred, not required
