Job Description
Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a Manager of Growth Strategy & Propositions to drive the growth of their fastest-growing online sportsbook in America. This role focuses on executing growth strategies for loyalty programs, increasing acquisition/retention, and cross-functional collaboration within the Sportsbook, Casino, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Support development and execution of go-to-market plans for propositions.
- Drive day-to-day growth initiatives for loyalty programs and casino initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics.
- Track promo budgets and campaign performance.
- Contribute to shaping product roadmaps and messaging.
- Provide insights from customer data and market trends.
- Collaborate with budget and media owners.
- Be a strategic thought partner to leadership.
