Job Description
FLM is seeking a Manager, Licensing and Business Development to drive growth by identifying and securing new licensing opportunities for its portfolio. The role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze trends, build relationships with licensees, and manage complex deals. Key responsibilities include developing business development strategies, building a pipeline of potential licensees, leading the full deal cycle, and maintaining detailed records in the licensing database.
