Requirements

• Support fund formation and ongoing operations, including reviewing fund documents, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring compliance.
• Assist with public company reporting, corporate governance, and disclosure processes (SEC filings).
• Draft, review, and negotiate crypto-related commercial agreements.
• Advise internal teams on crypto regulatory and compliance matters.
