Director, Brand Marketing

We are looking for a Director to help lead the overall brand and product strategy for Farmacy Beauty. This person will be responsible for the development of brand campaigns, consumer-first storytelling and product pipeline development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute key brand priorities, supporting the development of marketing calendar and program classifications, and overseeing the development of brand, franchise & product-level campaign concepts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional Marketing experience
• Experience in Beauty industry strongly preferred
• Ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions
• Comfortable driving deadlines and holding people accountable
• Creative problem solving expertise
