Frida is seeking a Brand Director to join their team and help lead performance analytics capability, innovation strategy, and demand generation action planning for the Frida Baby portfolio. The role involves growing the business through in-depth analysis and storytelling on market trends, and making strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7-10+ years' experience in an analytical field
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen/IRI
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable working with incomplete datasets / uncertainty with a think-outside-the-box mindset
- Team player who enjoys working and learning across departments
