Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license
• 1–2 years of prior insurance industry experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (handling 50-100 calls daily)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft computer applications and data entry
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – highly encouraged
