Farmers Insurance is seeking a driven and personable Customer Service Representative to join their growing team serving the Denver metro area. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling products, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will build relationships and contribute to the agency's growth through referrals.

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (study materials provided by Farmers at no cost)
• 1–2 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (handling 50-100 calls daily)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
• Familiar with basic Microsoft computer applications and data entry
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly encouraged
