Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
• 1–2 years of prior insurance industry experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle 50-100 calls daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English, highly encouraged).
