Senior Associate, Data & Intelligence

Faropoint is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Data & Intelligence team. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous and creatively experimental, with expertise in real estate, data engineering, and business intelligence.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate or finance analytics or related quantitative roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Python; familiarity with SQL and data modeling best practices.
• Experience or strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and data engineering concepts (ETL, API integrations, workflow orchestration).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated curiosity and creative problem-solving—especially in applying AI and automation to business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Math, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
