Operations Analyst (Fasanara Digital Team)

Fasanara Digital is seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join their trading operations team. This role involves close collaboration with technology teams, portfolio managers, and counterparties, focusing on trade settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade processes. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth crypto environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in operations, trading support, settlements or related fields.
• Direct experience in a relevant environment such as: Financial institutions, crypto firms, or startups.
• Understanding of settlement flows, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processes.
• BSc degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize under pressure, and deliver deadlines.
• Willingness to work hard in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong coding skills in SQL or Python (preferred).
