We are Fatshark, a critically acclaimed Swedish video game studio looking for a Producer to guide the team through all stages of development. We want to build the best first person co-op games together, in an approachable, fun and passion-driven way.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in the same or a similar role in the video game industry
• Great understanding of game development processes and team dynamics
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, being able to give and receive constructive feedback
