Producer & Outsource Manager

We are Fatshark, a critically acclaimed Swedish game development studio. We are looking for a Producer & Outsource Manager to lead a team of senior developers and manage day-to-day outsourcing.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in video game development, entertainment, or tech
• Professional experience managing outsourced game assets
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and project management
• Strong understanding of game development processes and asset creation pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional knowledge of Jira and task-tracking software
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
