Job Description
Favor is seeking a Director of Product for Discovery and Engagement to help grow their platform and become a household name in Texas. This role will lead product managers, driving customer growth and retention through both onboarding, search, and subscription programs. The ideal candidate will be a user-driven problem solver, strategic partner, and someone comfortable working both independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management.
- 4+ years of direct management experience of product managers.
- Ideal candidate has experience in Growth Product Management.
- Ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce promotional and merchandising systems (e.g. Talon One, Segment, CRM platforms).
- Track record of delivering excellent products.
