Job Description
Talkiatry is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Consumer Products group, which includes our Patient Portal, mobile app, and pre-care journey. The ideal candidate will have deep consumer experience, a strong product growth mindset, and a track record of delivering high-impact, intuitive digital products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing consumer-facing products
- Proven success at a company known for excellent consumer design and product execution
- Deep experience running growth experiments, A/B tests, and leveraging analytics to drive decision-making
- Strong product instincts with a track record of delivering measurable impact on key metrics
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Bias toward action, impact, and continuous improvement
