Press Brake Operator

Join a growing team in Lake Crystal, MN! As a Press Brake Operator, you will set up and operate machines to cut, bend, saw, and punch steel into parts. You will assist with process improvement, move materials, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic math knowledge to set up and operate machines accurately
• Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read job specifications and perform basic computer data entry
• Wide field of vision for coordinated efforts with co-workers
• Ability to stand and work in various positions on concrete for several hours at a time
• Team player working with co-workers, other departments, and/or other TBEI facilities
• Ability to learn operations of multiple machines/jigs within a job area and rotate jobs as needed
• Ability to work at a reasonable pace and within quality standards
• Ability to work in a safe manner following safety procedures
