The IT-AV and Technology Specialist I provides technical support for internal and external events, delivers first-line technical assistance, and troubleshoots technical problems. Requirements
- Excel working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in end-user support or a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Alignment with the mission and values of Feeding Tampa Bay
- High flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and transport IT equipment as needed
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crawl in tight spaces
- Basic understanding of network administration and security principles
- Knowledge of physical security systems and procedures preferred
