Senior Director, Information Technology Innovation

Feeding Tampa Bay is seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology Innovation to lead the vision, implementation, and management of the organization's technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking approach to technology and be able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies that support the mission. The role will oversee the IT department, manage vendor relationships, and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management
• Experience in the non-profit sector or supply chain/logistics industries
• Proven expertise in managing Salesforce environments or similar complex CRMs
• Strong background in cloud environments and network infrastructure
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
• Demonstrated success in cybersecurity management and disaster recovery planning
• Strategic Vision and Communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
