The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the overall management of FTB's internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. This role ensures that the company operates ethically, legally, and efficiently by establishing, maintaining, and communicating clear guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in process improvement methodologies.
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving solving and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of process mapping/workflow, procedure development and documentation, and process optimization methodologies.
- Well-developed skills related to program and project management.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Google Studio, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM software and databases.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including a comfort level presenting in front of diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and fulfill urgent requests as necessary.
- Commitment to understanding and supporting FTB's mission and Grow Code.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Willingness to work with marginalized populations.
- Willingness to work some weekends and/or adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
