Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to assist with the daily upkeep and smooth operation of our building and campus. The role involves minor repairs, monitoring systems, maintaining grounds, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
Requirements
- High School or combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports.
- Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees.
- Valid Non-CDL Class C Driver’s License may be required.
