The role involves creating and implementing care plans, promoting wellness, and managing chronic conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough assessments and physical examinations of senior residents.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
